Finished today with a 3.5m run.
Highight: running the 2nd mile in UNDER 10 MINUTES – 9m 42s to be exact (to be fair half of it was a clippy downhill).
Lowlight: nearly losing my dinner after sprinting the last 100 yards.
6th day of eating clean and I’m starting to see the benefits especially in my hands. Quinoa salad for lunch tomorrow – I’ll let you know what I think of it!
