Just remembered the blogging bit. Lower body weights before work today. Starting to feel very tired and brain dead… Hoping a good lay in on Sunday will cure it and revitalise me for the last 5 days.
Another early morning wake up call tomorrow for a pre-work furnace workout, then I’m playing squash after work. Eek!
Stay strong people – only 8 sleeps to go!
