Legs felt a bit tight this morning so I decided to walk to work again, it only took me about 2 hours to thaw out once I got there 😉
Am v tired because I played squash for the first time in a month after work and it really took it out of me. I did win though so it was well worth it!
Working 9-8 tomorrow, hill training before work and swimming afterwards so will probably be a super short post. It’s also weigh in day so fingers crossed!
