About Me

I started as a newbie runner – Fortnightflo in 2011, completed some 5ks, 10ks and half marathons and I even did the London Marathon in 2012.

I changed to fitflo, as I think I’ve proven running isn’t a 2 week wonder for me.

Now I’m focussed on training for the 2017 Dopey Challenge.
